Our Council - 572 (Enfield)
Council 572 (Enfield & District) was founded in 1962 and the council’s first Grand Knight was Bro. John Egan who is still an active member. The council covers the parishes of Enfield, Ponders End, Waltham Cross, Cheshunt, and Hoddesdon. The monthly council meetings are held on the second Monday of the month in the parish centre at Our Lady of Mount Carmel & St George Enfield Town at 8pm.

The KSC support the mission of the Catholic Church through work in welfare; with the young and all aspects of action in the lay apostolate. Spirituality is expressed through masses, retreats, and pilgrimages, and there is also a social aspect to our activities. During the month of December of every year, a crib is usually placed in the window of Blake and Horlocks by the Knights, a tradition that has been going for over 60 years. In addition the Christmas posters distributed for people to put on their windows at home are organised by the Knights.
